Guidelines for responsible use of alert.new

1.5 Service Abuse

Create excessive numbers of feeds to abuse our infrastructure
Use automated systems to create accounts or subscriptions
Attempt to overwhelm or disrupt our services (DoS attacks)
Probe, scan, or test our system for vulnerabilities without authorization
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

1.6 Commercial Abuse

Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
Use the Service to build a competing product
Exceed reasonable API usage limits

2. Monitoring Restrictions

While alert.new can monitor any public URL, you should exercise good judgment:

Respect rate limits: We monitor pages at reasonable intervals. Do not attempt to force more frequent checks beyond your plan limits.
Public pages only: Only monitor publicly accessible pages. Do not attempt to monitor login-protected content.

4. API and Automation
